Review: That was more like a joke. It was very frustrating to receive another parcel in my name that contained completely different items. My order was supposed to arrive in two packages. Both were delivered while I was away, so I wasn't able to check them or speak to the postman. When I opened the parcels, the first package contained the correct items I had ordered. However, the second package contained small toys and carts instead of my lace. I was shocked and extremely disappointed because my wedding party is coming up very soon, and I urgently need the lace I ordered. Could you please investigate what happened and let me know where I should submit a request or inquiry? I would also like to know how I can receive my correct order as soon as possible.
